The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the surrounding areas and visiting nearby places. The hotel is just one mile from the city center, making it convenient to go out and explore in the evenings.
There is a need for some improvements and repairs at the hotel. The common areas and hallways have some wear and tear, with stained wallpaper and chipping plaster.

They said there was wifi in the entire hotel. There is only in the lobby aera.

Great if you want to know, what it's like to live in a villa. Rooms were very clean and nice furnished. Breakfast was good.
A bit far from City Center, 3km, half an hour walk. Not very well maintained garden.

Gorgeous property, with stunning gardens and an amazing breakfast spread. Great location near a main city, making it easy to explore other areas. Comfortable rooms and a clean bathroom were definite pluses.
Front desk staff seemed a bit slow to assist guests, and common areas could use some updates. The location was a bit far from the city, which made getting around tricky without a car.

Free parking and a quiet surrounding were the best of this hotel The staff are friendly and helpful The breakfast buffet is decent and the view from the dining roof is charming
The decor is worn and shabby. The pool is definitely not a selling point. I dont recommend anyone to use this. Its small and not doesnt look that clean

It was tired, must have a been a long season and could do with a amke over. More a 3 star. A few things were either broken or defective, bit of a shame as it has potential.

Found a charming old hotel by mistake. A countryside manor with a beautiful garden and stunning hilltop views perfect for breakfast on the terrace. Easy access to ample street parking for Siena only a short drive away.
The swimming pool could be improved. The bar could use some attentive staff, a refreshing drink, and comfortable seating.
